The 4 teapots I received were damaged beyond repair. I sent photos to the seller and she said there was nothing she could do. She told me that she had wrapped them carefully and suggested that I get in touch with the post office and/or eBay. It was the seller’s responsibility to get these items to me as described. I did not purchase broken teapots. can provide eBay the photos if necessary. Please advise what I should do. Seller is taking no responsibility and I am asking for your help.

The 4 teapots in question where in perfect condition when mailed to the buyer. They were carefully wrapped individually and were not broken . The buyer forgot to tell that she paid for the shipping, but never insured them. The post office should held be held accountable as well as EBay for the damage to the ceramic teapots.. I did everything to ship the package and even discounted the teapots from $50 each ($200) to $25 each ($100)..
This is the reason I feel I should not held responsible.
