Buyer asked for a full refund and would not go through the process of a refund claim. I was instructed by two Ebay representatives to NOT refund her without her doing a case through Ebay! I asked the buyer to please file a claim through Ebay but she immediately put bad feedback on my profile because I would not give her a refund without doing a claim through the ebay system?? I told her I have every intention of making this right for her but I needed her to file the case.
