Pleased with purchase! Have been waiting for “just the right one” for years, Happy I waited for this one! Seller was probably modest with the description of this Yorkie Tree, as I can’t find a single chip or broken piece anywhere on it, its really excellent condition! Well packed, arrived when expected, etc! Shipping seemed a bit high but suppose worth it in the long run, big box with original styrofoam packing helped it get across the country in perfect condition! Great Seller!!!
