The absolute worst seller I have ever dealt with. Boots arrived with sticky soles that cracked and crumbled as soon as a flex test was performed. When I requested a return (and provided photo evidence of the damage) the seller was immediately hostile and accusatory. They went so far as to say that “maybe someone played a prank on you and swapped out the shoes I sold you with a damaged pair.” Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
