The chair is in great shape for a refurb. Clean and everything works. I did need to partially disassemble it to make adjustments to the gas cylinder for the seat to stay in place when adjusted. But still happy with the purchase. Thanks!

The item was in excellent condition, however it was sent in two boxes and I only received a tracking number for one. It was a bit of a concern when I opened a box with only half of a chair inside.
Sending a message to the seller, they were very polite and assured me that they would resolve any issue I had.
I feel that I will enjoy this chair immensely.

I tried contacting the seller twice, but they have yet to respond, the chair came in decent shape, but the back rest staples are clearly falling out, I requested a replacement back, but have had nothing back from the seller. I will try to call the store. But for almost $500 I would expect the staples to not be half ripped out and hanging on by a thread right out of the box.
