I am rating this item positive because the company did correct the issues, but only after I reached out. The description said free shipping but did not indicate that the default would be pick up. The company did respond quickly that they would ship the item for free which was great. However, they created a Fedex label and did not ship the package for almost a week. I had to reach out and they offered to send a new box, but it was already shipped. They issued a small refund for the delay.
