VERY HAPPY with this product. However towing my log splitter with the 1 in 7/8 ball. I had to leave a few threads to tilt it for the hitch to attach. The bottom hole clearance is very tight. The top one, just say it's tall and may not fit things. Had to drill out the upper holes. Remove battery and support. Along with the 12v regulator. About 30min to install on a Craftsman.
