Wires one wire was different color from the corresponding wire on my unit but process pf elimination very easy to match. Harness was female, did not plug and play but was easy to wire without harness. Plate holes did not match perfectly but nothing a quick drilling couldn't fix. Packing could have had more support on the coils but I give five stars because for 65$ I now have central heating.
