Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Peltier Coolers
Shoddy build quality: thermal paste oozing out of crevices, jagged cut interface between plastic fan and metal heatsink, plastic retention bolts look ready to snap Could definitely use thicker-gauge wiring for the amount of current the peltier module pulls. Overall cooling efficiency is pretty much as expected for Peltier modules: 40-60% of input power is lost to Joule heating. As long as the chiller is well ventilated, it's able to maintain low temperatures way better than it can lower high temperatures. Works decently well for my purposes of maintaining a 5 gallon bucket of water at about 75ºF when ambient temps reach about 80-83ºF.
