First the seller said my items were damaged in shipping. They offered to refund my money. I told them i NEEDED the items so all of a sudden, the shipping address I have used to receive over 500 items from eBay, is not a good address for THEM. My thought is, they didn't sell the items at a price to make a HUGE profit offering free shipping. Since the items were not shipped I can't give a good rating on description.
