Excellent craftsmanship and quality. Excellent customer service. It appeared there might be an issue with the tracking. I waited a few days after it was supposed to arrive to see if it would show up. When the item did not arrive I contacted the seller to notify them. They responded within 24 hours and went to the post office next day to investigate. Once it was determined the post office had lost the item the seller promptly shipped another sign and I received the item later that week
