I just totally rebuilt my AC system on my 1999 Dodge van. I changed the compressor, rear evaporator, filter dryer, two condensers, two expansion valves, and all o rings. I used this product on all the o rings and the compressor gasket. It is like a thick sticky oil and is easy to use. I liked the bottle it came in as it has a twist seal top which is easy to dispense a drop or two at a time. Being thick it sticks to the o ring or seal with no drips, but easily wipes off your hands. So far it seems to be working well and I have not found any leaks. A little pricey, but you don't want to have to redo a bad seal. So I think this might be the best product for sealing AC o rings and gaskets. I would recommend it for this kind of work.

This is the stuff I find often used by HVAC technicians for applying to threads on refrigeration lines/fittings. It appears the "blue" stuff never fully hardens so cna handle expansion and contraction as well as vibration. Of course there are limits but it seems to be relied upon in critical applications.

This stuff is great. After watching a few videos on installing copper cooling lines I purchased Nylog. Worked perfect to insure a proper seal and all my flared connections. Don’t install your copper lines without it.

I had a leak around the O-rings on my son's car and this was the perfect fix!!!! I applied this sealant to a new set of O-rings which took care of the issue.
