Buy this product because it works!
This works, where the Lactaid tablets, do not! Finally, relief. Three tablets is all that I need for two large pieces of pizza. These tablets have some extra enzymes, other than only the lactase enzymes, in them. Will use these tablets from now on.

Husband Says It Helps!
My husband is lactose intolerant and we have tried various cheaper pills that you can get at the store So after those failed, I bought him this one to try. Although it's not 100% effective, it helped him way more than the cheaper $5-$8 brands. His bloating, gas, and upset stomach pretty much go away or are very very subtle. He's taken up to two right as he enjoys cereal, ice cream, or heavy cheese. So if you are on the fence, I would def try it.
