Hello, in this case the customer was notified that delivery to his address is not possible, the order can not be canceled without a reason. The customer is located in Puerto Rico and our free shipping does not apply to this region. We offered the customer a paid delivery and the customer first agreed and then just stopped responding and disappeared.
