really really long bottom sole, for a Size 12 US it must be 320 - 330 mm length but the inside is still a true fit 12. These are much, much more comfortable than the Top-Flex models, I bought those Jomas and hated the fit, those interior heels are all lumpy and directional, garbage! these are great though.
