The CGC slab was cracked when it arrived via USPS. I think a little extra packing could have prevented this. Nevertheless, the seller was responsive and assisted me right away. We agreed on a partial refund based on the fair market value of the comic book. Trustworthy seller and overall good experience. Things happen and the seller answered when it was needed.
