I gave this buyer a refund by choice. He tried to commit fraud after the package was delivered with proof and weight. this buyer stole my package, and I still gave him a refund. he lost two cases with eBay. plus, everything on the shipment has insurance. first, he said he didn't get a package, and then he said he received an empty one. like almost three weeks from the delivery thief
