The description is a bit misleading: it reads "EBL Lot 9V 600mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries / 4-Slot 9-Volt Lithium Charger".
I thought the charger would be included. Now that I received the batteries but not the charger I looked at the drop down menu a bit closer, and sure enough, the charger is a separate item. Not crystal-clear to me, but I get it.
