I paid $14 for shipping this cashmere dress but I never received the item.
Seller said they are not responsible. Signage clearly states not to leave any packages outside as it’s a busy street. Other sellers use UPS or FedEx (and charge less for shipping!) and I always get my packages here. No insurance so no way to recoup my loss.

It was stated very clearly in this listing that I ship by USPS (unless otherwise requested) and that USPS shipping cost was $14 (which was the actual cost). The buyer did not contact me to request a different shipping method and purchased the item knowing the shipping method and the shipping cost. I’m very sorry that her package appeared to be stolen but we both received a delivery confirmation by the USPS.
