Good fit. The upper and lower fan shroud is moveable which helped clear the power steering return line. Needed to shim up the radiator feet to get the filler neck higher so cap would fit. Did not contain threaded holes for the pan head screws on the side clam shell so purchased some weld on nuts. Like that it is all brass. Overall great replacement. Glad I bought it. Thanks.
