My OEM inducer motor on Carrier furnace began making bearing noises, started to hesitate then eventually didn't kick on at all. HVAC dealer diagnosed the problem and provided repair estimate at $1600...yikes! Got a 2nd opinion from another HVAC dealer who confirmed it was the inducer motor and showed me how to fix myself. After viewing a YouTube video I felt confident to tackle the repair, then searched ebay and found this hvac salvage post with close match to my OEM part for only $200 but his description led me to believe it would be a good, working part. It arrived well-packaged, on-time but I waited a few days to install due to time constraints. Took out the old motor, put this one in and it matched up 98% with the original, just a couple of minor differences...but it worked perfectly and now my home and family have heat! Read full review

It was an exact replacement. When I started it the first time the fan was rubbing on something. I bent the mount a few times and the fan cleared. It has been in service for 2-weeks with no issues
