This item is so legit I am ordering another today. Very pleased with the item. The pocket where the plates are inserted is rather large which could fit larger plates but with the ones provided I will need to fill that room with half inch trauma pads and possibly add some velcro to keep plates properly in place (higher on chest). Despite that I am extremely satisfied.
