Prior to writing this post I contacted the seller. Up until receipt of the order communication was perfect. Once my order arrived it was ripped open, poorly taped, kit was scratched, damaged, etc... the seller had nothing to say. I don't expect perfection but effort could've been provided in preparing for shipping to minimize damage during transit. I am not happy.
