Watch was described as "exceptional", yet images failed to show a large dent on the left side of the watches case (persons finger conveniently covers it). Watch was delivered with the dial ring no longer in alignment (off by about 1-2 degrees), common issue due to missing o-ring during assembly. Hour hand on the chronograph sub-dial popped off first time that function was used. Contacted seller and says both issues caused during shipping. Asked for a partial refund no response since.
