Described as used - yes. Did not say HOW used! Also did not mention / describe trigger assembly as being painted over with paint chipping. As far as bolt lug on top keeps popping up making it had to install all parts. More accurate description was warranted other than just used. Seller had the opportunity to do so in description to make Customers be AWARE of these issues. Generic descriptions don't tell all. Along with late shipping out and the AS IS no refunds .
