Great communications with seller. Purchased two trees and both arrived extremely well packaged. They were larger than I had expected and were in good shape. One had lost a few leaves during the shipping but both have lots of green leaves and are healthy and growing. Will definitely buy from this seller again if I need another plant or tree. The first tree shipped quickly and it came with a broken top. I contacted the seller and they offered to ship another tree if I paid for shipping ($45). This tree took much longer as it got lost in shipping. It also had a broken top. I feel that for the price I paid it was not worth it as now I have two stunted trees without tops. The first tree might not rebound. The second tree at least has some leaves left. Just disappointed in the poor packaging/delivery. Pic 1/2 1st tree & Pic 3 2nd.
