I am leaving a positive because they were true to their word and refunded my money. The pack I received had a cracked frame and more wear/damage than I expected based on the description. The listing stated “these rucksacks I just stocked are in some of the best shape I have seen yet!!!” which is misleading. The seller offered a refund or replacement but since they couldn’t guarantee a better condition pack, I chose a refund. Item was slow to ship,arrived in garbage bag.

Received an unusable item in horrible condition. Purchased a "used" padded molle electronics case, it arrived with both snaps broken (pulled through the fabric) . Heavily soiled along with permanent marker all over it. Nothing like the photo in the description. Totally unpleasant experience and I will make sure to never purchase from this seller in the future.
