    Reasonable replacement unit at a good price

    It's a reasonable replacement for the 22 year old original unit that I had. That being said, this replacement was manufactured in China and the original was made in the US. Differences are subtile but the old one is better made. We'll see how long the new one lasts.

    Works great!

    This motor assembly works perfectly in my Nutone bath fan. The old one was probably 25 years old and not fixable. Believe me, I tried! This new assembly is a little louder, but tolerable.
