Seller verified the sweatpants were washed and dried before sending them. As a result, the seller shrank the sweatpants. When they arrived, the sweatpants had smaller measurements than description stated. Now, they won't fit me.
I contacted the seller, but got no response. I feel like I've been fair, but sadly ignored with my dissatisfaction.
I deserve a full refund including shipping costs both ways.
