Kinda arrogant seller! I apologized & nicely asked the seller to cancel my order an hour after offer was accepted due to all cosmetics listed as “new without box” are all old and expired from 2018 after thorougly checking each item’s code. Seller’s response was so rude telling me no returns or refunds and all items are used as is. He basically dont know what is he selling and the difference between “New w/o Box” and “USED and EXPIRED” cosmetics. Got my refund after i mentioned calling ebay
