The unit was shipped fast and I’m sure it’s good quality but it is definitely a very under powered unit and barely trickles out water. I don’t think it has anything to do with the seller or the unit. It was just not my expectations.. the shipping was fast. The unit was brand new. I just think it’s not for the application. I needed it and I don’t like doing returns.

Great Product When Low Wattage Available and Low Hot Water Needs
This is the second Steibel Eltron Mini 2-1 that I have installed in a mobile coffee trailer with limited electric wattage available. The key selling factor for me is that it runs on 115V/1 phase/15 amp service, The aerator reduces water flow to 0.35 GPM, but this is still adequate for the infrequent use of hot water needed in this application (light rinsing of containers). The water is basically warm - it will not produce steaming hot water if that is what you are looking for. not enough flow
seems ...be well made....water flow thru is terrible.....water is hot but only a small stream....not suited for a kitchen and actually I can't think of where it is suited.
