I purchased 2 and one is almost brand new, one is like new. The quality of build is great, sound is better than what I read from expert reviews. First things to do before judge the sound is to do fit test from app (in setting), make sure the eartips size is right and ear is well sealed. The sound won’t be perfect if there is leak. With perfect fitting the out of box setting ( soundcore signature) won’t be as harsh as what most reviews mentions. Customer service is very responsive.

I thought the Liberty 4 would've had the sleep sounds that the Q30 headphones have in the app. But they didn't. They didn't fit my ears and none of the silicone tips worked any better than the rest. And there are no 3rd party memory foam tips for these oblong shaped earbuds. Easy return. I really enjoy all the soundcore speakers, headphones and earbuds we do have in our family.
