It works as advertised; I'm using mine as a laboratory test transformer for tube amplifiers.... parallel the two reds, that's 115 L1. Parallel the two blacks, that's 115 L2. Assure primary red-black pairs with ohm meter before power up. Black-blue-black is 320vac-0-320vac..as usual test with ohm meter prior to power up. Green pair is 6.3vac. Three pairs of yellow (test with ohm meter prior to power up) are 5vac. Primary input ac current is 0.067amps with no load on output.

I received the item , on time and packaged really well. The Seller was extremely and polite and helpful. Note this particular bed rail cant be used with an Adjustable bed . It's really great for adults with Dementia or Alzheimer's. Also adults who are Fall risks. If u have a Nanny camera it gives time to catch and help right away .
