    Mounted on JD lawn mower

    This is a well built product & works great. We do a lawn care company and were looking for a spreader other than a pull type. We mounted it on the back of a John Deere belly mower using the 4-wheeler mounting hardware and added a metal bracket on the lower back of the mower. It can still be removed with two bolts & two nuts. We have used it on ten yards already. The variable speed motor makes it so handy when spreading through a narrow area you can just turn the control nob down & the motor speed slows down so we don't through the product where we don't want it to go. The slinger, slide gate & gauge setting are all made out of stainless as I can tell, checked them with a magnet. We are already talking about getting another one to try and mount on the front of a zero turn or stand up mower. ...

    This makes life easy

    I’ve only used it once but when your spreading fertilizer on 6 acres of athletic fields pushing gets old in a hurry . I who’s I would have bought it a few years back! My only issue is the lever that opens the gate . I had to attach a rod to it so that I could operate from the front of mySxS

    Awesome

    I have a big lawn and wanted a good spreader to fertilize it. It worked great. The chart setting was way too heavy. Use your own judgement and start light. Had a little trouble adjusting the spread thickness side to side. I'm hoping to use it to seed grass. The variable speed is great. Very good quality unit.

    Best spreader I've owned, although a bit pricey.

    One of the better choices for a well regulated spreader, I use for planting clover and winter wheat food plots, also use to replant pastures with tall fescue, fertilizer as well. Would recommend even if they are on the pricey side.

    This is a reel deal!

    This is a well built, heavy duty spreader. It is exactly what I have wanted to distribute fertilizer in my garden and on my lawn. The electric spinner is a real life saver, You don't need a PTO to use it and it works very well. I have used with fertilizer and lime so far and it works great!
