It is an OK goat milker but as far as a cow is not very good and does not have a big enough vacuum pump. It loses its vacuum too fast when you try to hook up to the cow.  And I had to change the milker hose it’s too flimsy

Milker was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. This milker works great, however, it really seems to take two people to operate. One person to help attach cups to the teats and hold it in place while the other person operates the head and suction valve. We tried to use the included green stopper caps, but as soon as you remove one to put the cup on the cow, it loses suction and falls off. We also had to buy a separate head with smaller cups.

I received the product quickly, however when the outer box was opened I discovered two holes wore into the canopy covering from what looked like vibration during shipping. I contacted ebay and then the seller. I was made an offer by the seller that I considered to be unacceptable. After further communication with the seller we finally agreed on a price adjustment to compensate for receiving the damaged item. There were delays in communication but I associated with time zone differences.
