The wrong item was sent. Instead of a DS game in good condition like I ordered, I received a PS2 game with a stiff, water-damaged manual in a case that won't close properly. To make matters worse, the packing slip with my name and address was sent to someone else as well. I would have to jump through hoops to send it back. Not worth the trouble for a $11.80 game. I hate to give a negative but I can't see lying by saying this was a positive transaction.

For clarification, the hoops mentioned are simply to ship it back with a prepurchased shipping label. I can't help that the buyer values his/her time more than the purchase price of the item, but the opportunity to return it for a full refund was available. Every effort was made to get the other item back from the other buyer, but there is nothing I can do if they don't respond or don't want to cooperate. We always try our best, but sometimes we fall short. Sorry for your negative experience
