Unfortunately this necklace arrived with a broken bead, which although shown in the photos was not mentioned in the listing - item was described as “in excellent condition” which I went by. Seller responded immediately to my return request, and I was given a full refund and allowed to keep the necklace rather than pay to send it back. For this reason I will rate this transaction as “positive” - I DO recommend close scrutiny of images, and that you ask questions if intending to purchase here.
