Happy! The motor did not spin twice before starting and ran well. The hydraulics are strong with no leaks. Some DY-14s have an external fuel cap for easier fueling. This one does not. To fill the fuel tank the seat must be raised. T-Force was used for shipping. It took a day longer than 1st estimated and the driver did not call to let me know it had arrived, BUT only 2 small scratches in hauling. Overall I am happy with the shipper used. The excavator and process have exceeded my expectations.

Communication was good. Shipping speed was awesome. The excavator arrived with a few scratches and a small dent, typical shipping damage, nothing that can't be repaired easily. I would buy from this seller again.
