Great gun!
It's an impressive marker, light weight, sleek looking and we'll balanced. Tippmann did a great job designing this gun for speed ball and woods ball. I highly recommend this marker.

Overall, this is the best paintball pistol out there.
I just barely got my TPX and put it to work int the feild the other day. Needless to say, I am impresed! I was thinking of this to be a little dinky pistol that shoots 50fps and has no range. But no. Tippmann (the best gun maker in the world), designed the gun to shoot just like any other gun they make. Thats right, this baby can shoot 300fps and is effective up to 150 feet. Its a handheld paintball marker! It is semi heavy, but is lighter than any other regular marker. There are a few weakensses however. One is gas consumption. You can get around 20 shots on a CO2 cartridge, depending on velocity. Mys suggestion would be to buy the remote line adapter kit. $50 on eBay from 'famousguy' and you get the adapter and a remote line. Then you can just use a 9oz CO2 tank and get 450 ... Another downfall is you get a magazine. 8 or 7 shots, depending on what mag you get, and you get two with the gun. Extra pairs cost around $25- $30, and its worth it. It may be worthwhile picking up another pair of mags or two, because when you get in the heat, you forget all about your paint restriction and you run through mags quick.

A terrific paintball marker that packs as much punch as the big boys.
This is a solid paintball pistol. It's Tippmann construction so you know it can take abuse. It's a bit on the large side as far as paintball pistols go, but that's because it fires the .68 paintballs instead of the .43's that smaller guns out there fire. The C02 system is very easy to use (though I'd suggest getting the adjustable screw C02 cap from Tippmann to ensure the marker properly punctures 12 gram cartridges from different manufacturers). The paintball magazines are built well, but not overly expensive like some other paintball pistols which house both paintballs and C02 cartridges. Like other reviewers, I am getting about 3 magazines per 12 gram C02 cartridge. Like most paintball guns, this one has a velocity screw to restrict your muzzle FPS. The ... Honestly, it is better and cheaper than the Byrna. Shoots .68 balls, which means, PEPPERBALLS. Also, the owner’s manual is in English, and it is the good ole-fashion format – complete with detailed information and assembly diagrams, allowing you to take your gun apart to clean or fix. Yes, this means gun parts that can be identified and ordered. The mag capacity is 7, not 5 as it is with the Byrna. It has the capacity to attach those CO2 canisters paintballers use. I don’t know what paintballers do in the field, so… My opinion… this is more accurate and consistent than the Byrna pistols (except the TCR and ... Hi-Quality design and materials. It’s not recommended to keep a CO2 cartridge in the chamber for emergency access, however it is faster loading because it is a locking-cap instead a scew-in type requiring an Allen Wrench tool or the magazine - Allen wrench. Above all!!! It less than half the price of a Byrna equivalent. The only draw back is that it is a big gun. You cannot carry it in your pants. I hate to see the holster made for this. But I don’t mind. I keep it handy for HOME DEFENSE.

Can't say much about this marker with out telling u about my personnel experiences tippman made a great paintball pistol/marker the aim is awsome the weight and size is awsome for what kind of paint most paintball shops sell I hate being in those weekend games with two diffrent kinds of paint not to mention some fields won't let u shot paint unless they sell it there on sight something about ppl freezing the balls um the air capacity is ok they have remote setups for stuff like that um the mags are great not to mention money value is really not that bad the price for the tpix is pretty amazing the 7 or 8 round mags I think is a real seneario but others do not like that but I hope tippman comes out with the mags holders soon I'm using a Tiberius mags pouch and it seems to work just find ...
