Horrible eBay Seller! Texted 4 times, called 12 times left a voicemail for 2 days straight wanting me to give Positive Feedback so that he could be paid. Package arrived @ my PO Box on Monday & I could not arrive before it closed. Picked up package on Tuesday. Seller listed as NEW. However, radio battery was dead. I borrowed a battery from a friend & found the radio had been programmed & is USED. It had various fire department radio frequencies in it. STAY AWAY charged $82.70 for 8 day shipping!
