This does have a key start with battery but I use pull start cause they sit so much and wastes battery but did start and test with battery in and fires right up. If need shipping I can get quotes but it\'s prob gonna be freight so upward to 150-200 or more depending your location. sale can end at anytime due to listing in local advertisements.
