GM OEM Front Overhead Console A/C Heater Fan Control #15189859. This may also replace the following models but please check our closeup photo of the plug fitting on the back to make sure that it will accept your plug, in particular the notches around the outside of the opening: 15-72992, 1572992, 15189859, and 15763046. This was used in various GM trucks and SUVs from 2003-2006. Please be sure to enter your vehicle year, make, model and engine size into fitment chart to verify that this will fit your vehicle. There were several different variations of this part so if your knobs are different, please do not order this. The other variation has a fully variable knob on the left rather than 3 stepped speeds. IF you want to assure an exact replacement, check that the back of yours is marked with part number 15189859. This control is not compatible with the front dashboard; only compatible with the front overhead/roof location. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then. These are covered under our fitment guarantee and are returnable for any reason.
