This approximately 6 1/4" x 9 1/4" book is a special hardcover edition of Akira Toriyama's SANDLAND!

Initially released in 2001, SANDLAND tells the tale of a lone man, Sheriff Rao, who seeks a mysterious source of water amongst a monster laden desert - made from the destruction brought about by the Human warfare many years ago. Seeking help with navigation through the wasteland, Rao teams up with Beelzebub, the Prince of Demons, and his attendant Thief, to trek the desert in a tank they've stolen from the King's army - who, for some reason, have been patrolling the desert recently and prohibiting access to certain areas for both humans and monsters alike. Some mystery is afoot and Rao and his gang of monsters are going to find out what it is!

The hardcover edition of this book is in brand new condition and reads from Right to Left, as with all Japanese Manga - preserving the original reading direction of the story.
