We have a 100% money back guarantee on all items, unless an item comes new sealed in its original packaging and is returned opened and used. In this case the buyer will becharged a 15% restocking fee on new sealed items to recoup the cost as the item being opened goes from new to used. The buyer will receive an 85% refund of the original cost.
