The delivery of the thermostat was good. And it arrived as described. My review is more about the product - this falls on the manufacturer. The user interface is so bad. The touchscreen is not very responsive. I have to tap the screen 3 or 4 times just to activate a function. I wish i could upload a video. At this point, they are installed and I do not want to pay to have them removed to install another one.
