    Great purchase, works in both of my chargers and my impact

    After not being able to use my impact or my drill since last winter because I have 3 dead batteries that refuse to charge(you can throw them on the charger and itll act like its charging them for all of maybe 10 seconds and then itll show that its full/done charging. Take it off the charger and push the gauge button or try to use it and its dead)I was excited for this thing to get here. I was worried that the new battery, which IS NOT AN ACTUAL RIDGID BRAND, wouldnt charge in the either of the two ridgid chargers that I have. As soon as i opened it, i checked the level gauge and it showed 3/4 full so I put it on the charger and it charged up completely. Then, the moment of truth came. I grabbed my impact driver, connected the battery to it and squeezed the trigger. Not only did the impact ...

    Not as pictured

    Product is deceiving. Not an actual rigid battery as pictured. Battery arrived in plain box and plain plastic casing. Product fits and performs as was expected. Not sure for how long( 1 day after use would not recharge).I’m also really not sure I would recommend this even though I was not given the option under (Tell is more). All tell us more options are just yes or no, no in between.

    Generic battery. Picture misleading

    The battery you had in the picture was an actual Ridgid brand. However, you shipped me a generic battery that is compatible with Ridgid. Very misleading!

    Use Only The Ridgid Batteries For The Ridgid Products

    I have tried using the Generic or Compatible replacement batteries for my Ridgid tool and had found that they do not hold a charge as well or as long as the actual Ridgid batteries do. These Ridgid batteries are far superior to the garbage knock offs and I will continue to use only Ridgid products from her on out. These are a great product.
