The part I first received wasn't the same one I ordered as in the picture. They explained how that one may have not worked either... so that could have been my bad as well...IN THE END, they took it back free postage and sent the "identical" to what I needed ($10 more of course) Hey it works great, they were patent and excellent to work with and I'd definitely do business again.
