Additional Information or Item Background/History:Nikko produced the Ming Tree pattern in several different production time periods and production facilities. There are 3 different backstamp marks for this pattern. These marks include the Blue Double Phoenix backstamp, Green Double Phoenix backstamp, and the Tableware Backstamp. This listing is from the Green Double Phoenix manufacturing time period, which was during the beginning part of the production timeframe starting in 1957.

USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail is the source of shipping used due to the reliability, insurance, and tracking services offered.
Return of items are not accepted unless I have made an error within the purchase, packaging, shipping, and delivery process.

  • Shipping costs...are calculated automatically through the shipping tool. This tool collects the weight and dimensions of the entire package (item, packing materials, box) as well as the customer\'s address information and automatically provides the shipping cost.   • Damaged Items...have rarely occurred but can happen through USPS even when the item is packaged well and securely.If damage occurs, customers must hold onto the item AND provide information to me through the messenger tool.
  • Required Information for the Damaged Item:

  • Pictures of the original packaging in which the item arrived (e.g.,Pictures of the box the item came in and what it looked like upon delivery).
  • Pictures showing multiple views of the damageditem (e.g.,Pictures of the front side of the item, back side of the item, etc.)
  • A summary description of the damage (e.g., The box was damaged when it was delivered to my home. The box was crushed/torn/wet, etc. and when I opened the box, I found that the item was cracked).

  • Claims for Damaged Items...Once I receive the required information from the customer for the damaged item,I will file a claim with the appropriate entity (USPS, , etc.) to determine any refund owed to the customer and/or requirements for the customer to return the item.
  • Lost Packages...have rarely occurred but can happen through USPS even with package tracking. I typically monitor the shipment process through the delivery step.However, please notify me immediately if your package has not been received by the estimated delivery date (you can find this date within your purchase history- just click on the tracking number provided for your item).I will also assist in tracking the package and providing notifications to you.
