KEMET\'s ALS80/81 high CV series of screw terminalcapacitors features the same high ripple currents and longlife characteristics as the ALS70/71 series, but can operateat higher temperatures. Volumetric efficiency ensures themaximum capacitance capability in a smaller size. They aresimilarly suited for high reliability and long life applicationssuch as frequency converters, uninterruptible power supply(UPS) systems, and switch mode power supplies (SMPS).The extended temperature range allows increased ripplecurrents at lower temperatures.
