Up for sale is the rareChef\'s d\'Oeuvre D\'Art of the International exhibition of 1878 edited by Edward Straham. this is an elephant portfolio published by By Gebbie and Barrie, Philadelphia. Portfolio is complete and in nice condition. The major issue is to the boards. Front board has damage and in general the boards are coming very loose. On the plus side the interior is very nice. There is some but surprisingly minimal foxing on the large plates. Plates are all present. Text is clean. This is a nice piece that is tough to find because of the removal of plates for printing / resale.
